Linking Discord

Connect Minecraft and Discord for cross-chat and synced roles.

You must be whitelisted and able to join the server before you can use /discordbridge link.

Requesting whitelist access with /requestwhitelist in Discord is separate from linking your accounts. Whitelist gets you on the server; linking connects your Minecraft and Discord profiles after you are in-game.

What it does

Discord Bridge links your Minecraft account to Discord. When linked, chat can flow between platforms and your in-game ranks can sync to Discord roles.

  1. In Minecraft, run /discordbridge link.
  2. Copy the code you receive in chat.
  3. In Discord, send /link <code> in the channel the bot tells you to use.
  4. Confirm the bot accepts the link.

If you are already linked, unlink first with /discordbridge unlink, then link again.

Unlinking

Run /discordbridge unlink in-game if you want to disconnect the accounts.

Tips

  • Linking is optional but recommended if you use Discord for support tickets or community chat.
  • Chat relay and login messages also go to Discord automatically. No extra command needed for that part.
