How to report
- Open a ticket on Discord.
- Or message a moderator or admin who is online in-game.
Include player names, what happened, when it happened, and screenshots if you have them.
What staff do
Moderators watch chat and investigate griefing. Helpers answer questions and can assist players in-world. Administrators handle heavy technical issues and config changes.
Appeals
If you disagree with a decision, use Discord tickets. Do not litigate punishments in public chat.
Tips
- Link Discord so staff can reach you easily after you log off.
- For stolen items or broken blocks, report quickly. Ledger data is time-sensitive.
