What it is
Chunk Claiming lets you protect land you build on. Claimed chunks block griefers and hostile mob grief where configured. Allies can get fine-grained permissions on your land.
Each chunk costs $1,000 to claim. New players can hold up to 50 chunks before rank bonuses apply.
How to claim
- Stand in the chunk you want.
- Run
/cclaim. - Confirm the cost when prompted. Warnings can be toggled with
/cclaim warningtoggle.
Claim limits by rank
Base cap is 50 chunks. Playtime ranks raise the limit up to 300 at Champion. Full details are on Timed Ranks.

Allies and permissions
Add friends with /cclaim ally add <player>. List allies with /cclaim ally list.
Use /cclaim allow ally <permission> on|off for global ally flags on all your claims. For specific blocks or entities, run /cclaim allow select first, then target the block or entity and set permissions.
Border colors
When /cclaim show is on:
- Green = wilderness
- Yellow = your claim
- Blue = another player
- Purple = server-owned claim
Tips
- Claim before you bring valuable items to a build site.
- Keep an eye on your balance. Fifty chunks at $1,000 each is $50,000 total.
